General Refund Terms

1. KickGoalz will refund a maximum of 50% of the package price you purchased if certain conditions are met, as outlined below.

2. We will only issue a refund if we are unable to deliver our services within the time frame specified in the package you have purchased. The delivery time frame will be clearly mentioned on the package details.

3. If there is any delay on your part in providing the necessary creative assets, access, or any other materials required for us to fulfill the services you purchased, KickGoalz will not be held responsible for any refunds. It is essential that you cooperate promptly to ensure timely service delivery.

 

4. For specific packages, a setup fee may apply. This setup fee covers the initial configuration, design, and preparation work for your campaign. Please note that the setup fee is non-refundable. In the event of a refund request, the setup fee will not be included in the refund amount. The setup fee is considered an essential part of the campaign preparation process, and its costs are incurred during the initial stages of engagement. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, you must follow the procedure outlined below:

 

1. Send an email to our customer support team at support@kickgoalz.com within the specified time frame mentioned in the package details.

2. In your email, provide detailed information about the package you purchased, including the order number, date of purchase, and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

3. If your refund request is based on our inability to deliver services within the agreed-upon time frame, please provide evidence or documentation supporting your claim.

4. KickGoalz will review your refund request and respond within a reasonable time frame. We may request additional information or clarification if needed.

Refund Approval and Processing

If your refund request meets the criteria mentioned in this policy, KickGoalz will approve the refund, and the following steps will be taken:

 

1. Refunds will be processed within 10 - 15 days from the date of approval.

2. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible for any reason, we will work with you to determine an alternative refund method.

 

3. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
